WorkforcePortal is an internal application developed exclusively for the use of Medical Facilities of America (MFA) and its affiliated entities. The portal is intended to support internal operations and workflows within the organization.
All data contained within WorkforcePortal is considered confidential and is handled in accordance with MFA’s existing data management policies and procedures. Information entered into or generated by this system is treated with the same level of care and confidentiality as other company-managed data.
Users should understand that there is no expectation of personal privacy when using the portal. Management reserves the right to access, monitor, and review any content, submissions, or activity within the portal at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, usage logs, form submissions, and stored data.
Misuse of the WorkforcePortal, including unauthorized access, inappropriate content, or data manipulation, may result in corrective action up to and including disciplinary measures or legal action, as deemed appropriate by MFA management.
